Alingment Pallets

Alignment pallets are precision tools that are installed in the base and indicated in with a probe to calibrate and set the work offset for the quick-change RockLock system. With 8 µm repeatability, these pallets ensure that every fixture you mount will be located accurately. They are essentially reference plates that simulate a "perfect fixture," allowing you to square your base to the machine axes during setup.
