ID Xpansion Clamp

ID Xpansion clamps from Mitee-Bite grip a part by expanding inside of a bored hole, delivering secure internal clamping without obstructing the outer surfaces of the workpiece. This makes them ideal for 5-sided machining, especially for round or thin-walled parts where traditional vises or edge clamps may fail or be less ideal. Their compact, low-profile design fits easily into tight fixtures or pallets. Made from heat-treated steel, these clamps offer repeatable performance under high loads and are available in machinable or hardened versions.
