AME's Groundbreaking Event Sets the Stage for More Manufacturing Jobs

Advanced Machine & Engineering (AME) started the new year by breaking ground on its $3.5M facility expansion on Tuesday, December 19th, 2017. The expansion will bring more manufacturing jobs to the stateline area. Event attendees included:
- Ricardo Montory-Picazo on behalf of Congresswoman Cheri Bustos
- Mayor Tom McNamara
- Nathan Bryant, President and CEO of Rockford Area Economic Development Council (RAEDC)
"We believe in investing in Rockford, and we believe in providing the jobs to sustain our success over the next few decades," AME CEO Dietmer Goellner said.
