The Swiss Modular oppSYSTEM is a zero-point locating palletization system designed to minimize CNC machine downtime by enabling rapid workpiece changeovers. It allows you to clamp parts on pallets outside the machine and then swap them into the machining center efficiently with repeatability within ±0.002 mm. By staging workpieces on multiple pallets, this system keeps spindles cutting instead of idling during changeover. The compatibility with automation further boosts productivity in high-mix or lights-out manufacturing.
